Thanks for the condensed version of Wagner's skills. It was clear from our discussions that creativity and collaboration were missing. I also think that reflection was an important element. I love what Ken Robinson said in the element about knowing both what you are good at and what you are passionate about. How do we help students (and faculty) discover this? I think that authentic problems/projects will help students passions emerge and reflective practices will help them hone the ability to recognize their gifts.
